Managed Workplace is a must-have service for any business that uses computers and networks in the generation of its revenues. Do you keep you books on a computerized accounting system? Do you keep data on your customers and prospects in a computer? Do you share business information with others on a network? Left unmonitored, your network and computers will inevitably fail, leaving employees idle and impacting your ability to do business–costing thousands through the loss of productivity, revenue, or image. Managed Workplace is the affordable solution for the prevention of these problems. Managed Workplace is the continuous monitoring of your technology with the following benefits:
Managed Workplace includes only the monitoring and reporting. Should hands–on services, either on-site or off-site, be needed, ad hoc services are available on an ala carte basis from Diamond Group.
Small Office includes the Managed Workplace, Help Desk call support, and three (3) hours of on-site services during normal office hours each month. If additional hours of work are needed during normal office hours, they will be provided at a 15% discount from normal billing rates.
CIO to Go Standard includes the Managed Workplace, Help Desk call support, and 8 hours of on-site services during normal office hours. Additional man-hours of services are provided at a 33% discount from normal billing rates.
CIO to GO MIT includes the Managed Workplace and a Diamond Group network/systems engineer on site 8 hours a day for an extended period of time. The MIT stands for Managed Information Technology.
